Barytes

High Purity Natural Ground Barytes

Naturally occurring Barium Sulfate is known, as Barites or Barite and is most useful in industrial applications because they are chemically inert. With a high density and low oil absorption Basoxis commonly accepted in Coatings Polymer Composite, extender pigment industries. Basox is radiopaque and they are UV light Reflectors.Basox is processed from high whiteness, low silica and high purity Barium Sulfate with benefits ranging from Ti02 reduction, higher filler loading in epoxy or high solid resins Basox is a functional filler to offer 'bulking' properties in Sealants and Mortars made of PU and epoxy.
